I am an experienced specialty coffee consultant with 18 years of industry knowledge. While based in Boston, I happily travel throughout New England and have clients in New York, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and California.
Additionally, I frequently visit LATAM, Africa, and SE Asia to work with Coffee producing partners in Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Burundi, and Thailand.
I offer a range of services catering to roastery and cafe-focused operations!
I offer full barista & bar flow training, seed-to-cup education, extraction theory, palate improvement exercises, cupping development, and build-out consulting services for cafes and roasteries.
My services include QC, Q grading, supply chain logistics, and green buying program building or fractional management for roasters, importers, exporters, and producers.
